Design and build, under one roof.
Klethon Details turns ideas into well-built homes and developments in Lagos.
One team, from first sketch to handover.
For more than 10 years we have helped clients plan, design and build, from a single duplex to a full residential estate.
We start with architectural design and 3D visualisation, so you can see and refine your building before construction begins. Then the same team builds it, supervises it on site and hands it over.
That continuity keeps the finished building true to the design you approved.

Clarity
Clear drawings, clear scopes and clear timelines, so you always know where your project stands.

Careful detailing and honest workmanship, from the foundation to the final finish.
Care
We design for the people who will live in the building, not only for how it looks on day one.
Simple, clear and on your side.
